How was YNARS created?

YNARS was created on July 11th, 2008 in the Montgomery County, Maryland Community by Monique Diaz, parents and families members caring for adults and seniors with medical illness and mild mental illnesses and children with disabilities and challenging behaviors and Community Care Contractors.

We all had one common gold in mind. We was seeking a way to develop a network hub for families to obtain resources, referrals, products, youth services, adult services, senior services, and community information.

Instructions for Form 1099-MISC and Form 1099-NEC (Print VersionPDF)

The most reliable way to get the official print version PDF of the Instructions for Forms 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC is to download it directly from the IRS website.

The key differences between Forms 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC
You must determine which form to use based on the type of payment you are reporting.

Use Form 1099-NEC for non-employee compensation.

Who it's for: Independent contractors, freelancers, and other service providers who are not employees.

What to report: Any payments of $600 or more for services performed in the course of your trade or business.

This includes payments to attorneys for legal services.

Filing deadline: The IRS filing deadline is generally January 31, and you must also provide the recipient with their copy by this date.

Use Form 1099-MISC for miscellaneous payments

Who it's for: A wide range of recipients for miscellaneous payments other than non-employee compensation.

What to report:

Rents: Payments of $600 or more. Royalties: Payments of $10 or more. Other income: Payments of $600 or more that are not subject to other boxes on the form. Medical and healthcare payments: Payments of $600 or more. Gross proceeds to an attorney: Payments of $600 or more.

Filing deadline: For paper filing with the IRS, the deadline is generally February 28. For electronic filing, it is typically March 31. The recipient copy must be provided by January 31 (or February 17 if reporting in boxes 8 or 10).

Printing and filing notes Official vs. unofficial copies: You cannot use a printed PDF of Copy A (the red copy submitted to the IRS) for official filing.

You must order the official, scannable forms from the IRS.

However, you can print the official PDF for copies B, C, and 2 for your own records and for the recipient.

Electronic filing: If you file 10 or more information returns (aggregating across all types), you are required to file electronically. You can use the IRS's Information Returns Intake System (IRIS) or another authorized e-file provider.

How Professional Community Care Contractors supplement their income

Professional Community Care Contractors supplement their income by providing in-home and community respite care in their spare time. If you are ready to be a Care Boss then becoming a Professional Community Care Contractor could be the perfect for you.

Professional Community Care Contractors provide in-home and respite care services with a non-medical or medical certification and or license.

For example, a Certified Nursing Assistant, or Certified Geriatric Nursing Assistant certification provides non-medical care services referred to as providing Level 1 Care Services.

A licensed Registered Nurse provides Medical Care referred to as Level 2 Care Services.

Youth Services Request Form - It is a form that Primary Caregivers caring for a child /children in the household request, complete, and submit back to YNARS to receive a referral to receive additional information on YNARS Youth Services.

YNARS.COM is seeking dedicated Home Care Providers for both full-time and part-time opportunities across the DMV area.

💰 Compensation & Hours

Hourly Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Part-Time: 12 - 24 hours weekly

Full-Time: 30 - 55 hours weekly

📋 Key Responsibilities & Duties:

You will receive clear, detailed instructions from a Primary Home Care Coordinator or Manager.

Duties include:

Personal Care: Assisting clients with Bathing/Showering and Dressing.

Nutritional Support: Meal Prepping (preparing meals for the week).

Home & Health: Light housekeeping, and providing medication/vitamin reminders.

Transportation & Errands:

Driving clients using the client's vehicle (located at the client's residence).

Assisting clients with public transportation (boarding and accompanying).

Accompanying clients to errands, medical appointments, community activities, events, and family visits within the DMV area.

✅ Requirements:

Compassion, reliability, and professionalism are essential.

Must be willing to work within the DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia) area.
